She grew up on the island and knows Exuma like the back of her hand! She will be on call and has answers for any questions you may have leading up to as well as on your trip. Our property is also equipped with Starlink Wifi and has a back up generator to insure your trip will run as smooth as possible. Minimum stay is 4 nights except stays which include a holiday where a 7 night minimum is required. Theses dates must be booked from a weekend to weekend.

The water for the home is freshwater from a well that has been purified and run through a reverse osmosis system. The water is suitable for drinking. We have a water cooler for drinking and cooking should you feel more comfortable with that. -
It is not advised to park to anchor or park a boat at the property for extended periods of time. -
Yes. C Side Estate faces the north side of the island which is characterized by bright turquoise blue waters and small to moderate sized waves. C Side Estate has steps down to the ocean to make beach access easy. -
C Side Estate is approximately a 45 minute drive from Exuma International Airport (GGT). -
The closest grocery store to C Side Estate is Exuma Markets in Georgetown, which is approximately a 20 minute drive from the home (halfway between the Airport and C Side Estate). There are other various convenience stores along the way for light goods and snacks. -
